Terms of Service

Provectio is a forensic analysis instrument. The draft purchase terms establish a process warranty, not an outcome warranty, and use a liability cap based on the greater of fees paid or a fixed product-specific floor. The client remains responsible for interpreting findings and obtaining legal advice.

Reader and Forensic Edition purchases now require explicit pre-payment terms acceptance. Consumer buyers are shown a separate withdrawal-waiver control for immediate digital delivery.

Privacy & Data Handling

Provectio processes client-submitted text via the Anthropic API. Processing configuration, retention terms, and data-handling obligations are documented in the Data Processing Agreement and supporting privacy materials. Forensic receipts (which contain the analysis but not the raw input text) are retained for two years for audit verification.

Provenance and Determinism Disclosure

Provectio is a governed analysis layer over a third-party large language model. The constitutional taxonomy, schema validation, integrity hashing, and all deterministic derivations from validated receipts are reproducible by construction. The language model's first-pass extraction is stochastic by nature. This is bounded and disclosed via declared drift tolerance, not asserted as bit-identical reproducibility.

Every analysis declares the executor model, inference settings, and drift tolerance. Repeat queries against the same input return the cached governed receipt.

Not legal advice

Provectio measures regulatory compliance. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or regulatory representation. The output is structural input for legal and compliance decisions that must be made by qualified counsel.
